Filled With the Holy Spirit

Come and fill me up.

His father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied.

Prophecy not only predicts but also proclaims God's word.
Both Zechariah and Elizabeth (vv. 41-45) were enabled by the Holy Spirit
to express what otherwise they could not have formulated.
